 The Au Pair Study Agency brings young people from around the world to Ireland to live in Irish host families and take care of their children.  These young people will provide up to 40 hours of childcare assistance in exchange for pocket money,  room and board.
Having an au pair provides flexible,  affordable,  live-in childcare and a cultural exchange experience for the whole family.
Who we are looking for:
The best coordinators are people who:
	Have an entrepreneurial spirit; 
	Have 2-3 years sales or customer service experience
	Are comfortable with technology
	Are active in social media and comfortable with social networking
	Value the importance of good childcare
	Are well-connected in their communities
	Enjoy meeting new people and serving as a local resource
	Have an interest in and experience with other cultures.
What’s involved:
	Recruiting host families
	Vetting and screening of host families,  including verification of host family references
	Conducting interview in host family’s home
	Recruiting Irish au pairs to send abroad through local schools and universities,  word-of-mouth etc.
	Provide help and support to newly arrived au-pairs.

Providing year-round support:
	Make initial appointment to meet both the family and au pair to complete documentation
	Monthly contact with host families and au pairs,  submit report re contact
	Field questions and inquiries in your region
	Conduct mediations to resolve concerns
	House au pairs in emergency situations
Remuneration is commission based.
